  • I was surprised it was more private and not as invasive as I thought it would be. You "insert" yourself and although they check on you from time to time, it's very private, not embarrassing or weird at all. A little mirror shows you all the waste as it's gets washed away. Holy moly! So glad that's out of me now. Looking forward to lots more colonics at Auburn Total Health.
